• I am going to use a cannon (number) camera, which I will request from college. It
is available on Wednesday the 6th of April, until the 25th of April.
• I am also borrowing lighting equipment, which I will get from college by filling out
the required form. It is available on Wednesday the 6th of April, until the 25th of

• I am also planning to use an iPhone and and Hoheim iPhone gimble, which I own
myself and will not have to wait for.
• Camera stands, I own two of them so I do not need to request this equipment.
• For the Cannon camera I am going to need batteries for it, which I am getting from
college and my Grandparents. My grandparents should be accessible most days
and times, with college being available on Wednesday the 6th of April, until the
25th of April.

• I will edit my videos in both my bedroom at
my dads, and the college classroom, as both
have access to the necessary software
(premier pro, photoshop and other adobe
products + Microsoft office software).

12. Creative Planning

13. The story
The main character gets kicked out of his house and then arrested after getting
into a public fight. To avoid time in juvie, he is forced to take council therapy with a
snarky therapist/councilor (who probably shouldn't be in that position). They start
off hating each other and slowly become friends over a period.
The trailer itself is a segment of the main character meeting the therapist for the
first time, and having the therapist briefly confirm his activities in a way that tells
the audience some of the prior narrative, and ends with a comedic scene of henrys
character ‘David Prost(is polish for dumbass)’ having puppy therapy.
The is also an interview with my character of an actor who plays the therapist (as in
I am pretending to be the actor who plays the part) having an interview with a
company called ‘hired’(based of ‘wired’), where he gets asked questions about the
movie, like ‘what was your favorite behind the scenes moment’ and then he voices
his opinions, and I use footage from the trailer during it. At the end of the
questions the will be a scene of the therapist getting ready and reading David
Prost's file, as a never before seen clip to accompany the end of the promotional
interview .

14. Cinematography:
The fight scene will be shot and filmed to be visually dramatic,
moving with action and using cinematic bars to sell the effect.
Colour:
The colour of the video footage will be quite light and cool, this is to
match the tone with the strobe effects from my fight scene. Also,
because the cold tone is meant to signify that it is in a relatively cold
country (England).
Lighting:
The lighting in the interview will eb set up at a 45-degree angle, with
the natural light also coming at an angle from the other direction.
The therapy scene will use natural light from the window, to create
more of a moody atmosphere.

21. Interview
For my interview I will set up a camera in one spot, so
that will be the one camera angle I need, with black
screens and other bits of footage from the rest of my
project being used to interrupt it.
The main shot will be a mid ranged shot, where you will
see my torso and the back ground.

(Takes some notes for an uncomfortably long amount of time while looking at Prost and making hmm sort of
questioning sounds and say I see).

Do an interview with one of the characters (played by me). The questions will be asked at the top of the screen and then I will
answer in a way like I have been asked the question, but they cut out the person asking (a bit like wired.
“Hi there, I’m Chunk Nervous, and I’m here today to promote the newest hit film I’ve been involved with called: Stagnant Water”

“What is the film about? Well to put it simply the story is about a therapist and this teenage boy, whose lives parallel each other a
bit. The boy goes through an ordeal after getting kicked out his house, and meets the therapist after getting arrested. The therapist

Henrys character … Prost has a fight against Harvey’s character, before getting arrested. The visuals and pace on that where quite
well done, and it was quite funny to watch them behind the scenes pretending to fight each other.” – show a bit of the fighting
What’s my favourite behind the scenes moment?
My favourite behind the scenes moment has to be when the director, Charlie Stevens started a fight with a seagull that was
preventing the camera men from getting a certain shot. He chased it a way in the end, and when we came back his car was
covered in seagull poop.

• Information and images of your location[s] for
filming/recording/shooting.
• This means when you will arrive, when it will be
available, when you model/cast should arrive, when
you will finish, access to food/water, access to toilets,
nearby travel links etc.

-Knaresborough/dad’s house/landing
The is a limited amount of space to work with in
this location, as it is in a narrow area of the house.
A solution may be to set up the camera at a
diagonal angle to give myself some more working
room.
The risks of this area include interruption by family,
noise from family or neighbors, rain/a storm/wind
interrupting the sound, light coming from
conservatory.
In order to manage this, I will choose a well
forecasted day to film on, and if the do end up
being interruptions I will simply reshoot the scene,
as I will be breaking it down into smaller shots. I
can also reshoot on other days if needed be, and I
plan to use the conservatory light to my advantage.
The location is easy for me to access, as it is a room
in my house, and so the is hardly any distance for
me. Furthermore, one of my other actors lives just
down the road in case I need any help. The is no
cost included, and I can access this room easily at
any time.

I will arrive at 9 am on the 13th of may
2022, and will finish before 12 am.
It is available all day and is located right
next to a stocked kitchen, with toilets
being on the floor above.
No travel is required for me to get here,
except going through some rooms and
down some stairs.
I have clearance permissions as a
resident of this location. The address is
11 Kirkhamcourt.
My plan B backup location is the sofa
located in my bedroom.

36. Locations/Recce
-Starbeck/mother’s house/living room
The is a limited amount of space, however the is enough to do
mid shot, to close shot range, and since I do not need any
particularly long shots this is ok.
The risks include noise neighbors, interruption by family,
interruption by cat or puppy, rain or other weather interrupting
the audio.
In order to combat this, I will invite my friend over on a well
forecasted day and can reshoot if needs be. I will also choose a
day where my mother is bringing the dog with her and keep the
doors to the room locked, so that the cat does not interrupt us.
If the are any unnecessary interruptions, I will simply restart the
scene from a cut point and go from there.
The distance for me is not much, as it is a room in my mother's
house, however for henry it is a 10-minuet drive. To solve this
issue, I will invite him to sleep over the night prior to filming
and give him a lift. The is no cost associated with using this
location, and I can access it easily at any time.

and will finish before 2 pm.
It is available all day and is located next to a
stocked kitchen, with a toilet also being located on

42. Health and Safety/Risk assessment
Potential Issue How will the issue be
avoided?
My actors may get injured during their fight
choreography.
This will be avoided by using professional
techniques, like framing it right so that they can
be 2m apart and still look like they are fighting.
The will be a lot of heavy equipment, so the
I a risk of people straining themselves to
carry it.
The solution for this is to split up what is
being carried between everyone, and only
bring the necessary equipment.
The is a risk of slipping if anyone of the
locations end up being wet due to rain.
Choose the timings well, and if it is raining then
make sure to wear appropriate foot ware.
My personnel and actors may act in ways
that put themselves or others at risk.
I will make sure to enforce rules and good
behaviour, while also not being oppressive or a
rude director.
The is a risk of the equipment being
dropped, which could result In damaging
equipment and or people.
In order to stop this, I am going to leave
equipment in its required bag or protective
case, and only get it out when needed.
The puppy may nibble on peoples fingers,
which could hurt and possibly result in
injury.
Keep the puppy relaxed and if he is
misbehaving then he will be put in hiss
travel box.
