HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE CHAMPIONSHIP
The 2nd Malaysia Sudoku Championship is open to all citizens of Malaysia irrespective of age. All are welcome.
Entrance Fee per person per category is RM10.00 (TEN Ringgit) payable before or on the day of competition.
Participants are welcome to walk in, register and take part on the day of competition. Please come ONE HOUR
before the start of each category. Walk-in participants will be registered on a First-Come-First-Served basis.
Priority will be given to participants with reserved or guaranteed places.
If you wish to reserve a place, please pre-register by emailing your Ful l Na me, IC No ., M obi le N o. and

address to 03-7725 1492 using the form on the reverse side of this brochure. Pre-payment of the Entrance Fee
is encouraged to simplify registration process on the day of competition.
To guarantee yourself a place, pre-payment of the Entrance Fee is required. You may transfer / deposit the fee into
our bank account MBB 5123 5231 0757. Please fax the ATM / bank-in slip to 03-7725 1492 (please write your
name and IC no.), or email us a scan of the slip. If you use online banking via Maybank, then there is no need to fax
the slip to us, but please quote our email address mysudokusociety@gmail.com during the transfer.

Open to everyone irrespective of age.
11:55am – Announcement of 10 Finalists
All finalists (b) from the earlier 3 categories 12:00pm – Final Round

Note (a) ‘1Sudoku’ is a Sudoku variant also known as
