This document outlines key conditions that must be met for a school to be considered ready for a state of readiness program. The conditions include: having a high national standard score, developing a strategic plan and anti-corruption policy, establishing structures for decision making and data tracking, ensuring teacher access to resources and professional development, and requiring school leadership certification. Additional requirements are installing financial accounting systems, disseminating best practices, and preparing annual accountability contracts. Schools must progress through selection, commitment, and verification compliance stages to participate in the readiness program.

RESEARCH CENTER (TRRC) :

– Establishing such an environment

dedicated support staff, and adequate
resources (computers, etc.)

– Track project physical & financial progress

• Baseline Data for accessing
project contributions and school

The principal & at least two other
school personnel will be required to

& Licensing Program.

• School will install the Project
Finance and Accounting System.
• School will establish “ A Trust
Account”.
