NEWS Issue No.26
Year 4’s Royal Performance! Last Tuesday, Year 4 boarded coaches
destined for Preston Guild Hall. Schools
from around the region gathered to watch
a brilliant performance given by The
Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra.
Through music, the concert addressed the problems
facing our planet, and included short bursts of
audience participation that had them skiing down
the piste, and swimming to the bottom of the ocean
with the blue whales.
The 80 minute performance was fantastic from start
to finish and one that the children (and teachers!)
will remember for a long time to come.

It was back down to Reception this week. Mrs Piggott was the target
of our intrepid reporters. Try as they might, they didn’t find out
whether she saw the real Father Christmas.
(Mrs. Piggott kept that information to herself!)
