The INSET (In-Service Training) titled "EmpowerED-Elevating Excellence in Teaching and Learning" is
strategically designed to fortify and solidify the educational foundation of Landusan National High School's
faculty. In response to the dynamic landscape of education, this comprehensive training program encompasses
an array of essential topics aimed at enhancing the quality of teaching and, by extension, the overall learning
experience for students.
The overarching goal of "EmpowerED for Excellence" is to equip educators with the necessary tools and
knowledge to navigate the contemporary challenges in education. The inclusion of sessions focusing on reading,
numeracy, child protection policy, and comprehensive sexuality education reflects a holistic approach to teacher
development. By addressing these diverse topic, the training acknowledges the multifaceted role of educators
