The next slide shows recent work 2.
Title is Pursuing meaningfulness in the practice of homecare nursing: A grounded theory of how homecare nurses continue working.
This is a part of my doctoral dissertation.
Aim is to describe how homecare nurses remain working at the same agency, from the perspective of staff homecare nurses.
We conducted qualitative research using grounded theory approach.
Study participants are 26 homecare nurses.
As an aside, this picture shows a homecare nurse at patient’s home in Japan.
