Characterization and the Kinetics of drying at the drying oven and with micro...Open Access Research Paper
The objective of this work is to contribute to valorization de Nephelium lappaceum by the characterization of kinetics of drying of seeds of Nephelium lappaceum. The seeds were dehydrated until a constant mass respectively in a drying oven and a microwawe oven. The temperatures and the powers of drying are respectively: 50, 60 and 70°C and 140, 280 and 420 W. The results show that the curves of drying of seeds of Nephelium lappaceum do not present a phase of constant kinetics. The coefficients of diffusion vary between 2.09.10-8 to 2.98. 10-8m-2/s in the interval of 50°C at 70°C and between 4.83×10-07 at 9.04×10-07 m-8/s for the powers going of 140 W with 420 W the relation between Arrhenius and a value of energy of activation of 16.49 kJ. mol-1 expressed the effect of the temperature on effective diffusivity.

Climate Change All over the World .pptxsairaanwer024
Climate change refers to significant and lasting changes in the average weather patterns over periods ranging from decades to millions of years. It encompasses both global warming driven by human emissions of greenhouse gases and the resulting large-scale shifts in weather patterns. While climate change is a natural phenomenon, human activities, particularly since the Industrial Revolution, have accelerated its pace and intensity

Improving the viability of probiotics by encapsulation methods for developmen...Open Access Research Paper
The popularity of functional foods among scientists and common people has been increasing day by day. Awareness and modernization make the consumer think better regarding food and nutrition. Now a day’s individual knows very well about the relation between food consumption and disease prevalence. Humans have a diversity of microbes in the gut that together form the gut microflora. Probiotics are the health-promoting live microbial cells improve host health through gut and brain connection and fighting against harmful bacteria. Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus are the two bacterial genera which are considered to be probiotic. These good bacteria are facing challenges of viability. There are so many factors such as sensitivity to heat, pH, acidity, osmotic effect, mechanical shear, chemical components, freezing and storage time as well which affects the viability of probiotics in the dairy food matrix as well as in the gut. Multiple efforts have been done in the past and ongoing in present for these beneficial microbial population stability until their destination in the gut. One of a useful technique known as microencapsulation makes the probiotic effective in the diversified conditions and maintain these microbe’s community to the optimum level for achieving targeted benefits. Dairy products are found to be an ideal vehicle for probiotic incorporation. It has been seen that the encapsulated microbial cells show higher viability than the free cells in different processing and storage conditions as well as against bile salts in the gut. They make the food functional when incorporated, without affecting the product sensory characteristics.

Historical Film Analysis (Reds (1981)
Real-life events that took place during the Russian Revolution of 1917 are
portrayed in the film Reds, which was released in 1981. The film narrates the account of these
historical events in the order in which they took place. With the release of this epic picture, the
communists in the United States, as well as the Bolshevik revolution, were catapulted to the
forefront of the public's consciousness. As shown in the film, the story of two very ambitious and
radical journalists who fell in love and then followed their ideas as a result of their love affair is
portrayed in their own words. Even though the two countries were at war with one another at the
time, the film portrays how their lives were entwined with the Communist cause and how their
interest in Communism grew as a consequence of their participation. Additionally, the extreme
personalities of the two individuals are a mirror of the events that were going on in Russia at the
time they first arrived on the scene. John Reed and Louise Bryant were journalists who were well-
known for their Marxist political beliefs. They were married and had two children. They were
married and the parents of two young children. This film has an outstanding plot that intertwines
the personal tales of these two persons with the love story of these two people despite the fact that
they happened to be there at a monumental historical event that had a great influence on the path
of history. The documentary also features interviews from Revolutionary War warriors, who,
despite the fact that they are divisive, give some fresh insights into the struggle that arose as a
consequence of the conflict. They have played an essential role in the events leading up to the
historic event of 1917, and they will continue to play an important role in the future. According to
the film, which is based on a true story, the film chronicles the life of journalist John Reed in the
months leading up to the Russian Revolution of 1917, which is shown via a series of flashbacks.
3. 3
It is in the second part of the film when Reed's connection with activist Louise Bryant is
explored in more depth, after a prologue that chronicles Reed's ascent to national notoriety earlier
in the film. In the second half of the film, after a brief interlude, the focus shifts to the reality of
life in the aftermath of the revolution, which is examined in great depth in the third act. It is via
Reed's own words that the film Reds (1981) presents a first-person narrative of his time working
as a newspaper reporter in the 1950s and 1960s. The majority of this investigation is devoted to
the events that occurred in Russia last year, which account for the vast majority of its findings. For
most historians, the Russian Revolution is one of the most momentous political events in history,
particularly when evaluated in the context of other historical events. The overthrow of the
monarchy, which came after centuries of imperial rule, was a tragic tragedy that occurred. The
Marxist leader Vladimir Lenin came to the position of political leadership after the fall of the
traditional czarist administration. The Bolshevik Party (later called the Communist Party) was
founded by Lenin in 1917 and became the dominant political force in Russia until 1917. The
Communist Party of the United States is still in existence today. If you want to participate in this
study, you will be expected to offer an evaluation of the events that occurred during a certain
period of time. Following the filmmakers' assertions, the events shown in the film was be based
on real-life incidents that occurred in the actual world.
