Editor's Notes

  • #9 EDUCATION: Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach him how to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. We do not want the individuals of Madre de Dios to be given all the resources they need during our five year implementation, and be left with zero knowledge once we leave the area.
