Conclusions
 SNUH is Korea’s leading hospital utilizing a powerful HIS with CDW and
NGS pipelines.
 Korea Research Driven Hospital Project plays an essential role in
advancing oncology precision medicine platforms in Korea.
 For clinical data, we chose to keep an internal database using a clinical
data warehouse to maintain flexibility.
 Our current platform allows us to connect and share data with other
institutions and create new value.
 We could recommend our experiences and lessons to other institutions
hoping to adopt an international clinico-genomic data handling platform.

Conclusions  SNUH is Korea’s leading hospital utilizing a powerful HIS with CDW and NGS pipelines.  Korea Research Driven Hospital Project plays an essential role in advancing oncology precision medicine platforms in Korea.  For clinical data, we chose to keep an internal database using a clinical data warehouse to maintain flexibility.  Our current platform allows us to connect and share data with other institutions and create new value.  We could recommend our experiences and lessons to other institutions hoping to adopt an international clinico-genomic data handling platform.
