Show times: Pre-Judging 10:00am – Finals: Finals will follow prejudging after a short intermission of
approximately 45 minutes.
Division Details: Teen: Age 19 and under. Novice: Open only to those who have not placed first in any class
besides Teen within any division in the same category (Ex. Figure) with any organization (unless was the only
competitor in the class). Eligibility will be verified during polygraph testing. Age Divisions: Open only to those
falling into the stipulated age range (ex. 40+ is for competitors age 40 and over only).
Crossovers: A "crossover" is entering more than one division. For example, someone may enter the Novice
division, if eligible, and also elect to crossover into the Open division and compete in it as well.
Awards: WNBF Pro Card Qualification: A WNBF (World Natural Bodybuilding Federation) Pro Card will be awarded
when the following conditions are met:
• When 8 or more in the Open division, the overall winner from: Men’s Bodybuilding, Men’s Physique, Figure and
Bikini. If there are less than 8 entries per DIVISION no pro card will be awarded.
• When 5 or more in the Open division, the overall winner from: Women’s Bodybuilding and Women’s Physique. If
there are less than 5 entries per DIVISION no pro card will be awarded.
• When 5 or more in the Masters Age 40+ division, the overall winner for all categories except Men’s Physique.
The WNBF does not offer Pro Masters in Men’s Physique yet.
• Competitors who qualify to compete at the WNBF pro level in OCB Women’s Physique divisions may opt to
compete in either Bodybuilding or FitBody with the WNBF. The WNBF does not offer Pro Women’s
Physiques at this time.
Check In: (If Necessary) Thursday 4/13/17 beginning 3pm at the DoubleTree Hotel, 363 Maine Mall Rd., South
Portland, Maine 04106 (207) 775-6161. Friday 4/14/17 beginning at 8:00am at the DoubleTree Hotel. Saturday
4/15/17 beginning at 7:00am at the Westbrook Performing Arts Center (show venue). Bring proof of OCB
membership with you to check in. Photo identification for all athletes will be checked prior to polygraph testing.
Polygraph Testing: Testing dates, times & fees to be determined. Polygraph examinations are valid for a 6-week
period from date of test, and are valid between both the OCB & WNBF. Competitors who have tested and passed
within the previous 6 weeks (42 days) days are exempt. Bring proof of OCB membership with you to check in.
Contestant Meeting: 9:30am at the Westbrook Performing Arts Center
Fees: Entry $70, each additional “Crossover” is $40 per crossover. Entry deadline is 4/5/17 with no
exceptions! No crossover additions will be allowed at check in! Entry fees are non-refundable! Entry fee
includes event DVD! Tickets: Tickets purchased on-line on or before 4/5/17 are $20 for adults, and $10 for
children 12 & under. Tickets purchased the day of show are $25 for adults, and $10 for Children 12 & under.
Tickets purchased in advance are non-refundable! OCB Membership: $70, and must be purchased online via
www.ocbonline.com
Backstage Policy: 1 assistant per competitor allowed. Assistant must purchase a $25 Trainer Pass. Trainer passes
are available for purchase day of show only.
Hair/Make-Up: Hair & Make-up services provided by Style Me Portland. Limited appointment times available. For

Music/Routines: House music only for Bikini, Figure, Men’s Physique. Stage walks must be one minute or less.
Men’s & Women’s bodybuilding may use their own music or house music. Routine length .60 seconds max. Music
must be on a CD-R only. Props are allowed
