GCMMS production system has been released for deployment at several
Merck sites including its rollout to Cleveland Maintenance Department

Maintenance Planning System (CHAMPS) in 2010. In 2011, a second
implementation plan was approved to extend the use of Maximo by
deploying the system to Cleveland's Quality Operations (QO) replacing
SARA's (Scientific and Regulatory Affairs) calibration and preventive
maintenance functionality.

lead) that implemented Cleveland's QO strategy followed for the process
