BANDS - Learn how to work with Elastic Bands. (9am - 12pm Class)
The elastic bands offer great versatility in developing and improving muscular endur-
ance and strength, range of motion and flexibility.
ROLLERS - Learn How to work with Foam Roller. (1 pm - 4pm Class)
Foam Roller increases range of motion and decrease muscle soreness. It also
promotes flexibility, strength, fascia release and stabil-
ity challenge. (Proprioception)

BALLS - Learn how to work with stability balls. (9am -12pm Class)
It creates core strength and stability challenge.
RINGS - Learn how to work with Rings. (1pm – 4pm Class)

It helps develop neuromuscular coordination, strength, flexibility and
balance. It will give variation to your exer-
cises.
