CrossFit is constantly varied, functional 
movements executed under high intensity.
Functional Movements 
 Workouts (WOD) vary, targeting all areas of the 
body. 
 Never targets just one muscle 
 Wod’s are 10 – 20mins of high intensity movements. 
 Movements support and teach proper range of 
motion of the body in every day life. 
 Picking up boxes, groceries, or a baby
(Work out of the day board)
