o Field Engineer Internship. I obtained experience in how to read plans, how to build drainage systems, retaining
walls, bridges and its components, how to do quantity takeoffs for material orders, prepare purchase orders,
change orders, safety meetings, rfi’s, invoices. Out in the field I have experience on how to survey, prepare and
explain work packages for the crews, guide safety meetings, keep track of Heavy equipment, and prepare JHA’s.
Flatiron also provided me with training in Falsework, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and prefab slab.
 Fantasy on Ice (Skating Rink): 11/2009- 02/2015
o Management Experience obtained during last two years of employment. Program involved with Rady Children’s.
Hospital where 100% earned is donated to research towards children with cancer. My responsibilities included
to supervise and direct the ice rink staff. Keep track of tickets and income. First aid in case of any accidents.
Inspection and maintenance of rink surface, equipment, and pipelines.
 Paradise Creek Improvement Plan: 01/2015- 06/2015
o SDSU Senior Project Design. Project consisted in mitigating significant flooding during periods of high rainfall
combined with high tidal backflow in the area along 18th
St between Hoover Ave and National City Blvd. Designed
improvement of storm water conveyance systems which included a new box culvert, implementation of inlets,
construction of new spillway, and installation of trench drain bypass channels. Hydrology Study, Sea Level Study,
Environmental Impact Report, Traffic Analysis and Detour Plan were performed.
