The vision for YNPN is to be the leading pipeline for diverse talent in the nonprofit sector. Over the next year, YNPN aims to broaden its accessibility, deepen engagement of members, focus on advocacy, and develop a sustainable funding model. Changes to the national infrastructure include restructuring the board to focus on governance and strategy, launching fellowships, and upgrading the website.
