Meet 20 women in Schibsted Media Group who love the world of software engineering! The need for software engineers is exploding. Yet IT is still a male-dominated business. In Schibsted Tech Polska, for instance, only 14,6 % of the employees are women. And among the technical positions the percentage is even lower: Only 8,6 %. The same pattern is seen in IT companies all over the world. We want to change that! Therefore Schibsted Tech Polska has launched a local #WomenInTechNow initiative.
