- #7 Knowledge work, not industrial work. Certainly not repetition. It’s problem identification and solving. The answer is not in the back of the book.Working on a team – not one slapped together by a teacher, but a set of people put together with distinct skills and roles, with each person delivering their part.

More graduates are being churned out with, theoretically, a similar knowledge base as the western world, but the skills gap is even wider. While they have the papers and certifications to join the world in knowledge work, they aren’t being prepared to work on an international scale, a critical factor for success.

Who knows.Curriculums are out of date, and for some key technical courses, this can impact the quality of graduates hugely. We’re not being prepared for the jobs of the future.PHP example.

- #14 We are social beings! People are good at sharing. They do it all the time on facebook. A lot of energy is put in to Facebook every day by the digital generation.
