The project shall ultimately implement an integrated system for the complete control of the railway operation, structured under a
communication based train control architecture, using the ERTMS level 2 system, where the CTC controller control and monitor
the operation of trains along the entire railway network through the direct communication from the CTC to the on-board systems
and equipments of the railway vehicles, to the field components of the signalling system and to other systems along the railroad.
Responsibilities include
1. Responsible for implementation and supervision of the signalling and telecommunication systems
starting from civil works to Testing of the entire system based on RFI
2. Lead the signalling & telecom testing activities based on SAT, PAT RFI.
3. Handling Snag list , punch list and NNC
4. Manage client & contractor relationship.
Supervise, monitor and conduct inspection of the following;
1. OFC Network, SDH network and LAN/Wi-Fi Network
2. Voice Communication Network using IP Backbone and IP Telephones
3. Public Addressing System and Passenger Information System
4. Closed Circuit Television System(CCTV)
5. GSM-R Network
6. Interlocking Systems with Interlocking Module(IM), Data logger, HMI, FEC, Point Machines, Derailer,
LFOP, Axle Counter Evaluator and Axle Counters
7. On-Board Unit and Voice Cab Radio
8. Rolling Stock Management system Including RFID vehicle TAG readers, Rail Scales, Dragging
Equipment Detectors and Hot Box/Wheel Detectors.
9. Euro Balise and Marker Board
10. Towers, underground shelters and solar panel foundation including the erections of more than 55 towers
11. Solar panel installations and related internal cabling, tower grounding system, internal cabling and
grounding system of shelter, generator system, including the mechanical works of the fuel tanks and Air-
