applications to suit day to day advance improvement, with an objective of producing the
best outcome towards the targeted milestones of the concern.
AREAS OF EXPERTISE
DESIGN AND CHECKING
• Proficient in Railway Signalling principles, Interlocking concepts, Block signaling,
Automating signaling territory, LC in Auto signaling territory, Axle counter, Track
circuits, Signalling circuits, Point operations, Testing methods and operational
practices interlinked with communication arrangements to suit Indian railway.

• Working experience in Designing the interface circuit and done the Application logic
testing for various Indian Railway Zones.

commissioning of various products.
• Preparing the As-Build Drawings by updating FAT/SAT test comments with
necessary changes and modification in relevant design and drawings.
TESTING AND COMMISIONING
• Conducting Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) covering functional test, control table
test, cross table test and aspect control chart test for the Signal Interlocking Designs
with specified documentations for preservation.

2. • Conducting Site Acceptance Test (SAT) covering Panel Simulation and functional
Test, Bell-Test, Negative Test for the Signal Interlocking Design and Installation with
specified documentations for preservation.
• By checking the RDSO Pre-Commissioning Check List, Witnessing the entire
Installation like wiring practices, cable routing, Rack erection, IPS, Earthing
arrangements and materials-used are in comply with RDSO approved standard
practices and ratings.
• Testing of Interlocking System covering RCC, Sectional Route release, Slot control
and Cross Table forwhich any lacuna raising the queries for safer operations.
• Debugging the Application logic data, troubleshooting the System during Startup and
testing.
• Verification and Validation of inputs/outputs and analog voltages for Data logger
of EFFTRONICS LTD, SIRVEEN CONTROL SYSTEM.
• Preparing and Scheduling the Commissioning Activity, Check-List the Signalling
systems, Trackside Gears by planning and scheduling the entire activity in time
during the Non-Interlocking period.
• Leading the team of technicians to the Installation of SSI system, IPS, Control Cum
Indication Panel, VDU etc.,
MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES
• Effective planning regarding material requirement, System requirement and its
equipment RAMS analysis, staff technical & non-technical requirement to suit
availability at site.
• Quality management system with proper documentation, certifications with
Bureau of Indian Standards.
• Managing Customer for all technical related issues and getting the approval for
Interface drawing and application logic from customer.
• Any improvements and suggestions from the customer can be scrutiny with
engineering standard shall be explained to R&D groups for implementations and
approvals.
• Preparing Estimation Documents and System Requirements for Simple and
Complex yards in accordance with Clients Signalling Practices for tendering process.
• Performing Site Survey prior to the Installation and preparing Survey Reports.
• Successfully attended and found the root cause for the failures happened in
ELECTRONIC INTERLOCKING based stations and reported the methods to avoid
such failures in future to the R&.D.

3. • Worked as Site engineer and involved in preparing Action reports, Project progress
reports, making the team aware of quality standards, training team on signalling
principles and leading the team with Positive attitude.
• Provided process training to new joiners and Railway staff.
