11. PROBLEMS IN EDUCATION AND THE SOLUTIONS
problem-1
In the sake of money, a teacher sells his/ her personality
chronology
A teacher charged the students who did not attend the sport lesson
Rp. 5000, - per meeting.
solutions
1. Hold a briefing for that teacher to become a professional teachers who
are not tempted by money.
2. Hold regular meetings to discuss the students’ scores or set up a journal
book assessment.
3. The Principal should monitor the teachers especially who teaches
practical lessons.

12. Problem- 2
One student felt loss because his/ her final score on the report only taken
from cognitive aspect, meanwhile his/ her affective and physicomotoric
aspect are very good.
He was disappointed not to go in science class , whereas the results of
psychological test indicated him/her to go in science class which appropriate
with his/ her ambition.
Solutions
1. The transparent assessment needed to set up in the school.
2. Score of learners should be from cognitive, affective, and psychomotoric.
3. The principal should know the ratings assessment apllied in his school.
4. Right now in 2014, classification for the High School already decide before
entering the High School. (Selection Test for Entering High School).

13. Problems -3
Giving Score freely
Chronology
When the students got to the higher level, some of them had unsucceded
scores. But due to the agreement in the meeting, the students’ scores
increased freely.
Solutions
1. Try to complete the students’ score by applying the remedial program.
2. Determine the KKM based on the learners’ ability
3. If the time is short, the remedial program could be done at home.
