This document outlines a 48-month action plan to strengthen the capacity of business associations and NGOs in Ukraine to identify and advocate for trade facilitation policies. The ultimate goal is to promote Ukraine's integration into the global economy and further integration with the EU. Specific objectives include developing tools to monitor and evaluate progress on trade facilitation measures, strengthening the capacity of organizations to identify policies to facilitate trade, and increasing involvement in policy dialogues. The action plan will involve surveys, training, advocacy campaigns, and working packages focused on relationship building, monitoring, analysis, experience sharing, and facilitating dialogue with authorities. Progress will be evaluated annually through external reports and quarterly/monthly internal reports.
