Walmart Stores, Inc. reflects many years of precedence with a positive return for speculators in its yearly report and presents a five-layered key arrangement. The Walmart Store, Inc. 2012 Annual Report records these activities as "1) Developing our kin; 2) Driving the profitability circle; 3) Winning in global e-commerce; 4) Reinvigorating our client centered society; and 5) Leading on social and natural issues (p. 3).
Even to this day Walmart strives to constantly expand its e-commerce. As reported in the 2014 annual report on page 20, “Wal-Mart will keep on expanding their speculation into e-trade as new open doors present themselves.” Walmart expects on making a transformative development by including abilities in e-business and portable trade. They have a tendency to view their business through the eyes of the customers; they tend not to consider the stores, clubs and sites autonomously.

Walmart’s British operations, known as ASDA Ltd. now has Click and Collect. It is a process where customers can order their items online and simply go to the store only to pick up their items. Click and Collect is really taking off in Great Britain. This highbred of online shopping and in-person shopping saves the danger of having the items dropped off, when you are not home, from being stolen; and yet, you do not need to spend an hour or so in the store. A company that pursues the lowest-cost strategy would be Walmart, which I am sure comes to everyone's mind when thinking about this topic. If you are looking to buy products at the lowest price possible, Walmart is where to go. They can offer their products at “Everyday Low Prices” just as their slogan suggests on a large scale. Walmart can keep their prices low by the enormous volume of sales and the large customer base. Walmart cost-effectively manages its supply chain. “Supply chain management based on electronic product information, vendor role in distribution, and layout of warehouses: Walmart has a supply chain system that is regarded in multiple quarters as one of the most technologically advanced and efficient” (Hyde, 2018). In my opinion, Walmart sometimes has a bad reputation for not being the nicest looking or lacking cashiers, but that does not seem to matter as the price seems to drive their sales and people are taking advantage of their prices and products. A company that comes to mind that pursues the differentiation strategy is Chipolte Mexican Grill. Their number one focus is the quality of the ingredients that go into their food. Chipolte will not have the cheapest fast food but it will have the best quality ingredients compared to its competitors. According to Herosmyth (2020), Chipolte uses local and sustainable ingredients and pride’s itself in working with family farmers that are located within a 130-mile radius of each restaurant location. They also offer non-GMO ingredients that help them stick out from the rest. If you are looking to buy products at the lowest price possible, Walmart is where to go. They can offer their products at “Everyday Low Prices” just as their slogan suggests on a large scale. Healing can occur in two ways: Regeneration and Repair
There are 4 phases of wound healing: hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling. This document also describes the mechanism of wound healing. Factors that affect healing include infection, uncontrolled diabetes, poor nutrition, age, anemia, the presence of foreign bodies, etc.

to be a one-stop-shop in the market that offers a variety of

Company has based its strengths on its pricing slogan to save
customers money to gain a significant market share despite stiff
competition from Amazon and other firms in the market. In line
with their mission statement, Walmart has been offering a low
price on goods and services to achieve their mission statement
as an organization. Walmart company has attracted a large
number of Market users to their products hence outstands its

Economic forces
Walmart's economic environment has been favorable to its

Legal, regulatory and ethical issues
Legal and regulatory issues are governmen t regulation of
business activities (Vintilă et al., 2017). Such regulations might
impact Walmart's operational activities in terms of the labor and
employment act. Based on the adjustment made of the labor and
employment act, the employers are expected to increase the
salaries and wages paid per hour to casual workers, which
conflicts with their profitability projections. Increasing the
wages will impact the cost of operations of the business, thus
reduces its profitability. Increasing the wages and salari es will
affect the mission statements of the Walmart Company. The
management will increase their prices to cater to the increased
cost of production. Ethically, the company might face ethical

share and profitability of the business. In addition, regular
amendments and adjustments of labor and employment laws by
the government have also impacted the organization's operations
regarding salaries and wages increment.

The current market trends in marketing involved using online
platforms for advertisement, connecting with customers, and
making sales (Gürel & Tat, 2017). The use of the business
website has enabled online sales and marketing trends, reducing
