This document summarizes a student project on the influence of cloud storage on students' everyday lives. The project's objectives were to understand cloud storage technology and study its usage among Hong Kong students. An online survey of Hong Kong undergraduates found that most students use cloud storage and feel it has impacted their schoolwork, though many are unsure of its impact on daily life or have privacy or syncing concerns. While most students are satisfied with cloud storage services, very few are willing to pay more for upgraded storage. In conclusion, cloud storage has become a convenient new tool for most students but needs further improvements regarding safety and privacy.

ABSTRACT: Passing grades and retention through to degree are essential to success in higher education, but these factors are too often mistaken for ends in themselves. A high-performing student environment has provided teachers and researchers at Emory University with a space to think critically about what success means, and about the extent to which data might inform the design of successful learning environments. This presentation will (1) discuss some of the unique challenges encountered by Emory University during its 2013-2014 Blackboard Analytics pilot, (2) describe several provisional insights gained from exploratory data mining, and (3) outline how Emory’s pilot experience has informed support of learning analytics on campus. What we have learned at Emory University has both broad and deep implications for how institutions use data in support of student success, but these insights could only have been achieved in an environment where grade-performance and retention are not significant issues.

IT acceptance has over the last few years received considerable attention. Various theoretical models have been proposed to explain the end-users’ acceptance

tested. Technology acceptance model (TAM) The technology acceptance model is an information system theory that is used in modeling how users normally accept
technology use. This is a model that is considered to be one of the most influential and commonly used theories. It is therefore very critical in describing the
importance of technological innovations in e-commerce. The practical system use is the ultimate conclusion that users want people to be willing to do something
regarding technology, and also need to establish behavioral intention which may e a factor that would encourage people to use the innovation. The behavioral
intention is said to be affected by the attitude (A) of the general understanding of the technology (Nugroho, Bakar, & Ali, 2017). Many studies have been conducted

Predicting students’ intention to continue business courses on online platfor...Samsul Alam
The objective of this study was to analyze the intention of a University's business department students to continue their studies on e-learning platforms during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. To this end, a questionnaire was developed to collect primary data from students in business fields. The study took into account more than 285 respondents from two different universities and relied on the expectation confirmation model (ECM) theory and the structural equation model. The partial least squares (SEM-PLS) method was used to analyze the data. The results of the study showed that task skills (TS) and task challenges (TC) were significant for the enjoyment (EN) of the students which in turn had a positive effect on the satisfaction levels. Confirmation (CON) had an impact on the post adoption perceived usefulness (PAPU), which was deemed positive for student satisfaction (SAT). The SAT and psychological safety (PS) of online learning platforms were found to positively influence the continuance intention (CI) on e-learning platforms. Finally, both SAT and PS of online learning platforms were observed to positively influence CI on e-learning platforms. Further research in this area could be useful in making decisions about promoting educational programs based on e-learning. The researchers recommend that academicians and policymakers must ensure appropriate arrangements for teaching on e-learning platforms.
Current Trend of Placement Activity Control System in the CollegeAI Publications
This paper is about a technology that provides Placement Activity Control System in college unlike the traditional system where students as well as TPO may face many problems like insufficient details, less security, problems with manual working etc. The purpose of the Placement Activity Control System Website is to overcome the disadvantages of traditional placement system. It enables the end users to read and apply for the company of their choice and get frequent updates regarding the placements from college TPO. There is no chance of missing the placement opportunity updates. The college placement officers will not have to get the separately collect information of every student. It will automatically be updated when the student registers. The project is basically a website and application which can be easily accessed through mobile.
The Smile project is an engineering service-learning initiative carried out through collaboration between Chouaib Doukkali University in Morocco and Pusan National University in South Korea. Since 2016, this project has been conducted annually for engineering students from both universities. Participants are selected through an oral interview, ensuring representation from different majors, years, and genders. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the project transitioned to an online mode starting from 2020. The objective of this article is to investigate the impact of the service-learning approach on learning and its potential for enhancing engineering education. This study aims to compare the face-to-face and online implementations of the Smileproject as examples of this educational approach. The analysis demonstrates a strong positive effect of engineering service-learning as a learning approach, leading to the improvement of engineering students' skills and competencies. Notably, there is minimal difference between the two implementation modes of this learning approach.

As the online scenario is very new and difficult for the mentors as well as the students, it is all the most challenging for school school students. However, the development of web Technology helps to education field, particularly routine classes possible through "Online Apps.The purpose of this survey is to find the level to how online learning Apps fulfil the educational needs for school students in Chennai Urban. The advantages and disadvantages of online learning Apps were discussed and A study was conducted among 146 students to reveal their perception of online learning Apps. 7. 40% of the students feel that having only a limited amount of storage is one of the down-
sides for the services provided nowadays, 37% are concerned about the privacy
problems, the remaining 20% feel that there is an occasional error while syncing their
group files.
8. According to the pie chart, most of the students agree that cloud storage has
made a difference in their school work (71%), only while 26% of them remains
neutral, the other 3% disagrees with the statement.
9. According to the graph, many of the students are not sure whether cloud storage service
has made a significant impact on the daily lives (68%), the other 32% of students agree
this technology has made some changes on their lives.
10. The majority of students are satisfied with the service, with 23 students rated over 4 marks
(satisfied). Only 3 students are not sure about the quality of the service and 1 students is very
dissatisfied with it.
11. Most of the students (94%) refuse to pay and upgrade the cloud storage service they are
using, only 6% are willing to do so.
