Prepare before use
Level:
All cup foot adjustment must be balanced and at the same time force,
avoid mechanical operation vibration.
After adjusting the level, fasten the cup foot screw.
Source:
The supply of air source is kept at 4-6kg/cm squared, and the pressure
regulating valve in the machine needs to adjust 4kg/cm squared.
The gas source must be clean, dry and dry.
Power supply:
Please check whether the input voltage is in line with the
requirements, and the supply device of a fixed power switch with a
capacity of more than 300 watts must have leakage protection.
If power supply is not stable, the voltage regulator must be installed.
Machinery must be safely grounded.

Convert the new model operation process
1、Enter the interface of parameter setting and set the working space
between PCB boards
2、Adjust the Magazine to the new type of PCB width, making it easy for
PCB to insert Magazine.
3、Then put a Magazine full of PCB on the transport belt,

Magazine flow into the lifting platform, press the clamping button, and
press the ascending button again
5、Magazine will automatically rise to the position of the first sending

7、The plate guide block is adjusted to the exact width, and the
protection of the electric eye is fully sensed when the PCB board is
passed
8、Press the push button test to push the PCB out of Magazine.
9、Press the return key, enter the operation interface, then press the
automatic operation, so that the machine enters the automatic mode,
the machine is ready, waiting for the plate signal.

1、Green light: indicates that the machine is in automatic operation,
normal operation.

1、Emergency button has been restored.
2、Check whether the pressure is normal (5 ~6Kg/cm squared).
3、Make sure that no PCB stays in the line between the line and the
platform to turn on the power.
4、Confirm whether the front and rear rail chains are open and the
width is adjusted.
5、Whether the correct installation and induction of the orbital electric
eye is normal.
6、Confirm that there is no PCB in the machine orbit.

The lifting platform

Please check whether the rising condition is met, whether
the cylinder origin can be sensed, and whether the safety
response is sensitive to the sensor.

Maintenance
Every week:
1、Check whether the conveyor chain is too loose and keep the chain
clean
2、Keep the straight bearings and shafts of the lifting platform clean
3、Remove the dirty oil with a silk cloth or paper and lubricate the ball
screw
4、Test all automatic and manual operation
5、Test whether the transmission of PCB is smooth
6、Switch the lifting platform to the top and turn off the power to check
