Tim Schmitt presents on the STEM program at Arabia Mountain High School in Lithonia, GA. The school has a magnet program focused on engineering, energy, and the environment. It offers courses in engineering, CAD, robotics, and more across three levels to integrate math and science principles. At level one, students learn the design process and manufacturing. Level two covers transportation and manufacturing units where students design and build projects. Level three's robotics engineering curriculum teaches programming, sensors, and electronics over two semesters. The goal is to promote leadership, technical skills, and competition through organizations like TSA.
