Misschien is het beeld herkenbaar, samen met een aantal enthousiaste collega’s is er hard gewerkt aan een innovatie binnen het onderwijs op jullie school of binnen de klas. Je hebt het idee dat het nu tijd is om een en ander te verbreden.
De innovatie is, in jullie ogen, rijp om ook door andere collega’s, die niet zo gemakkelijk pionieren met ict of nieuwe technologie, benut te gaan worden.
Helaas blijkt daarbij de praktijk soms weerbarstig. Collega’s die nog geen ervaringen hebben opgedaan met het traject blijken soms minder positief te staan tegenover de beoogde verandering, ondanks de successen die in de experimenteerfase zijn behaald.
Dat is jammer, maar is geen nieuw fenomeen. Bedenk dat in alle gevallen zo’n 70% van de verandertrajecten binnen instellingen en bedrijven niet lukken..
Gelukkig kun je hier wel een positieve wending aan geven. Door het goed en doordacht inzetten van verandermanagement, waarbij je aandacht besteed aan het zichtbaar maken van het gemak, genot en gewin van een en ander. Je duidelijk kunt maken wat de reden is om de innovatie te implementeren en wat er gebeuren kan als we dit niet doen. Geef mensen vertrouwen en houvast.

Het facilitair bedrijf van NHTV (4 locaties, 37.000 m2 bvo, 760 medewerkers, 7.400 studenten) in Breda heeft de afgelopen drie jaar een enorme ontwikkeling doorgemaakt. De organisatie is veranderd van een reactief ingestelde facilitair beheerder naar een actieve trekker in verandering, beleving en innovatie. Bovendien staat er voor de komende jaren een zeer uitdagend bouwtraject op het programma namelijk de totstandkoming van de NHTV Campus in 2019, waar de vier huidige locaties van NHTV in zullen opgaan.
Hoe ontwikkel je een strategische visie op de positie en toegevoegde waarde van het facilitair bedrijf? Hoe neem je je team mee in dat traject? Welke tools zet je in om verbeteringen te realiseren? Wat ging daarbij goed? En wat werkte niet op het gebied van visie, leidinggeven, implementaties van Lean en Fish om de gestelde doelen te bereiken?
