10 Tips to Deal With
Academic Stress
 According to a survey 30% of students fall in
stress in their academic life that may affect their
all life. The stress in students comes from the
burden of study, expectations of family or
friends and behaviors of the classmates with
them. These kind of stresses leads to the
depression in the student’s life and all around
the world, many students commit suicide during
their academic life.
 We will discuss 10 tips to deal with stress in
academic life:
1. To Do Lists: Outline the set of task that you have
to complete in a day. Once you know what you
have to do in all day you can manage your time
according that and the assignments can’t bother
you all the day.
2. Budget Your Time: Plan the every hour of your
day and this will give u confidence to complete
your task.
3. Rewards System: Set up a reward system or think about
something that you will do after completing the task
that will boast your ability to do your work and will
make the task interesting for you.
4. Ask for Help and Move On: When you are having
problem in completing a task then move on to the next
task or get the assistance from you friends or any
teacher. Spending time on something that you are
unable to do, will make you under stress and you will
be emotionally drained as a result of spending energy
on that task.
5. Take Breaks to Breathe: It looks like little exercise.
When you find yourself worried, put your pens and
pencils down and breathe. It’s a good exercise to calm
your senses better to close eyes when breathing that
will calm your all body.
6. Eat Healthy: Eating healthy food can make your body
performs well. Foods like pizza, burger or with fats can
make you sluggish or lazy and it creates problem in
body movement, so it’s better to eat healthy foods like
fruits, vegetables and other high-fiber foods.
7. Restful Sleep: Lack of sleep can also make a person
stressful as a person with lack of sleep can’t focus on
their work or studies. A healthy body needs a healthy
mind and lack of sleep can make a person lazy. A person
having stress must take a deep sleep at night to have a
fresh morning.
8. Exercise: Experts says that almost all person needs
more the half hour a day doing exercise. Exercise like
yoga can help in reduce stress.
9. Days to Relax: Sleep at night is good for health
but a person needs some days out of work or
study to relax or spend with the friends or
family.
10. Seek Help If Necessary: If you feel any stress in
academic studies then it’s better to contact
with friends or teacher as soon as possible
without wasting a lot of time on things that you
can’t understand.

The stress in students comes from the burden of study, expectations of family or friends and behaviors of the classmates with them. These kind of stresses leads to the depression in the student’s life and all around the world, many students commit suicide during their academic life.
  • 3.  We will discuss 10 tips to deal with stress in academic life: 1. To Do Lists: Outline the set of task that you have to complete in a day. Once you know what you have to do in all day you can manage your time according that and the assignments can’t bother you all the day. 2. Budget Your Time: Plan the every hour of your day and this will give u confidence to complete your task.

Rewards System: Set up a reward system or think about something that you will do after completing the task that will boast your ability to do your work and will make the task interesting for you. 4. Ask for Help and Move On: When you are having problem in completing a task then move on to the next task or get the assistance from you friends or any teacher. Spending time on something that you are unable to do, will make you under stress and you will be emotionally drained as a result of spending energy on that task.

It’s a good exercise to calm your senses better to close eyes when breathing that will calm your all body. 6. Eat Healthy: Eating healthy food can make your body performs well. Foods like pizza, burger or with fats can make you sluggish or lazy and it creates problem in body movement, so it’s better to eat healthy foods like fruits, vegetables and other high-fiber foods.
