Only 10% of people use fluoride in their water. Baby toothpaste may not contain fluoride. Natural sugars like fruit are healthier for teeth than cakes and chocolates. Proper brushing from a young age can promote lifelong dental health. Improvement in dental hygiene is seen as maintaining natural teeth into old age.
