This document is a chapter from the Quran describing the Day of Judgment. It contrasts the fate of those who believed and did good works with those who disbelieved. The believers will be joyful in gardens with springs, couches and fine food and drink. The disbelievers will have downcast faces, laboring in a scorching fire, given only thorny plants to eat. It reminds the reader that Muhammad is only a messenger and not in control of others, but that Allah will punish those who turn away and disbelieve with the greatest punishment.

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
1. Has there reached you the
news of the overwhelming.

2. (Some) faces on that Day
shall be downcast.
×νθã_ãρ>‹Í×tΒöθtƒîπyèϱ≈yz∩⊄∪
3. Laboring, weary.
×'s#ÏΒ%tæ×πt6Ϲ$¯Ρ∩⊂∪
4. They will (enter to) burn in
the hot blazing Fire.
4’n?óÁs?#·‘$tΡZπu‹ÏΒ%tn∩⊆∪
5. They will be given to drink
from a boiling fountain.
4’s+ó¡è@ô⎯ÏΒA⎦÷⎫tã7πu‹ÏΡ#u™∩∈∪
6. No food for them except
from a thorny dry grass.

7. Which will neither nourish
nor satisfy against hunger.

2. 8. (Other) faces on that Day
shall be joyful.

9. With their efforts, well
pleased.

10. In elevated Garden.
’Îû>π¨Ζy_7πu‹Ï9%tæ∩⊇⊃∪
11. They shall not hear therein
idle talk.
ωßìyϑó¡n@$pκÏùZπu‹Éó≈s9∩⊇⊇∪
12. In it will be running spring.
$pκÏù×⎦÷⎫tã×πtƒÍ‘%y`∩⊇⊄∪
13. In it there will be raised
couches.
$pκÏùÖ‘çß ×πtãθèùö¨Β∩⊇⊂∪
14. And goblets set in place.
Ò>#uθø.r&uρ×πtãθàÊöθ¨Β∩⊇⊆∪
15. And cushions ranged in
rows.
ä−Í‘$oÿsςuρ×πsùθàóÁtΒ∩⊇∈∪
16. And fine carpets spread out.
’Î1#u‘y—uρîπrOθèVö7tΒ∩⊇∉∪
17. Then do they not look at the
camels, how they are created.

18. And at the sky, how it is
raised high.

19. And at the mountains, how
they are firmly set.

3. 20. And at the earth, how it is
spread out.

21. So remind (O Muhammad),
you are only an admonisher.

22. You are not over them a
controller.

23. But him who turns away
and disbelieves.

24. Then Allah will punish him
with the greatest punishment.

25. Indeed, to Us is their return.

26. Then indeed, upon Us is
