sure it doesn’tconflictwithanyotherlabelsownedbythe recordcompany.
 Artistdevelopment
 Thisdepartmentisresponsible forplanningthe careerpathforthe artist by
promotingandpublicizingthe artistoverthe course of theircareer.
 ‘Music BizAcademy’claimsthatmanylabelsdon’thave thisdepartmentanymore
as they have beenrenamed“productdevelopment”.Thisisbecause theybelieve
that the emphasisshouldbe onpromotingthe artistveryheavilyinthe beginningof
