Today,Bethand I lookedthroughthe website layout,butinmobile deviceviewmode,inordertosee whatitwouldlooklike andBethstartedtomake any
necessarychanges.We decidedtomake sure the device viewmode waspresentabledue tothe factthat the people lookingatthiswebsite maybe cast/
crewmembersthemselves,lookingfortheirownprofile.Also,peopleuse theirphones/tabletsmore nowthaninthe past,so thiswas essential.

Today Mrs Jonesand I triedtofigure outthe problem
behindthe galleriesonthe backstage page of the website.
The gallerystockphotoswere re appearingonce the
website waspublishedeventhoughwe haddeletedthem.
In the end,afteralmosta whole lesson,we decidedtoadd
the photosto the page,individually,one byone,liningthem
up myself.
Evaluation
Overall Ifeel marketingwentwell.Whatwe begantonotice
overtime wasthat our initial rolesbegantoexpandand
change due to limitationsandstrengthsthatwhere better
for otherroles.Forexample,we couldnotgetthe
permissiontohave ourownsocial mediaorYouTube channel sowe wouldnotbe able topost as frequentlyaswe wantedto.Due to thisand the fact that
we alreadyhada teamworkingonthe YouTube content,Katyswitchedtousingthe footage fromtheirYouTube videosandotherunusedfootage tocreate
small andsnappyvideosforInstagramto helppromote the show. I,due tobeingthe mostinformedmemberof the online marketingteamsasIam the
productionmanagementforthe production,becameincharge of collectingthe contentforthe website.Ihadthe latestversionof the cast,crewand band
lists,itwasalsomy jobto keepemailingoutforthe profilesandaskinganyone thatIcouldfindto email me- itwasrare I gotany responses.Due tothislack
of communicationwe hadtoemail themone final time,givingthemadeadline andtellingthemthattheywouldonlyhave aname andphoto onthe
website if theydidn’tgive usaprofile.The maindocumentaryteamwere the photographers,incharge of the headshotsandfull cast,crewand company
photosof the programme whichhadsome issuesdue to, notonlythe lack of inter- departmentcommunicationbutthe lackof makingand stickingto
schedules.Thisaffectedourteam alot as itnot onlymeantthat inthe endwe had to cut the ideaof havingindividualphotosforthe profilesbutalsothe
footage neededforKaty’svideoswashardto get.We also hadno ideawhatthe othermarketingteamswere upto, due tothe fact that theywere almost
completelyignoringourquestionsandpleasforcontentandanythingthatwe coulddoto helpconnectthe differentendproducts.However,the
communicationwithinourindividual,online marketingdepartment, wasgreat.We made sure to keepall three of usinthe loopabouteachaspect-
website, social mediaetc.Forexample,IsentBethwhatshe needed,contentwise,butIalsoaddedinKatyso thatwe all hadthe informationwe needed.

I,due tobeingthe mostinformedmemberof the online marketingteamsasIam the productionmanagementforthe production,becameincharge of collectingthe contentforthe website.Ihadthe latestversionof the cast,crewand band lists,itwasalsomy jobto keepemailingoutforthe profilesandaskinganyone thatIcouldfindto email me- itwasrare I gotany responses.Due tothislack of communicationwe hadtoemail themone final time,givingthemadeadline andtellingthemthattheywouldonlyhave aname andphoto onthe website if theydidn’tgive usaprofile.The maindocumentaryteamwere the photographers,incharge of the headshotsandfull cast,crewand company photosof the programme whichhadsome issuesdue to, notonlythe lack of inter- departmentcommunicationbutthe lackof makingand stickingto schedules.Thisaffectedourteam alot as itnot onlymeantthat inthe endwe had to cut the ideaof havingindividualphotosforthe profilesbutalsothe footage neededforKaty’svideoswashardto get.We also hadno ideawhatthe othermarketingteamswere upto, due tothe fact that theywere almost completelyignoringourquestionsandpleasforcontentandanythingthatwe coulddoto helpconnectthe differentendproducts.However,the communicationwithinourindividual,online marketingdepartment, wasgreat.We made sure to keepall three of usinthe loopabouteachaspect- website, social mediaetc.Forexample,IsentBethwhatshe needed,contentwise,butIalsoaddedinKatyso thatwe all hadthe informationwe needed.
