1. Full marketing team meeting 20/12/18
Present: Mrs Jones, Charlie, James, Amy, Harvey (Print),
Lucy, Katy, Beth (Online), Dylan, Freddie, Molly (Audio),
Jordan, Max, Fraser (Audio- Visual)

Agenda:
Team reports
Print – poster/front cover almost complete and ready to add to
layout of programme. Print team to liaise with Max for
headshots and full cast photos. Post xmas the content will be
worked on
Online – have met with Miss Tykocki to discuss release dates
for social medias. Web pages being designed. Team to liaise
with Max for footage for social media 30 sec short social media
posts
Audio Visual – video has been shot and is now in editing,
first draft ready. Will be ready for release post xmas. Music is
currently being worked on.
Audio – jingle has been recorded and finished. 3 interviews
have been recorded and are being mixed. Will be ready for
release. Team to liaise with online team to discuss release on
social medias.
Todays tasks:
Today I will be revisiting my schedule and making adjustments
according to decisions we made with Mrs Jones. I will then start
to look at the school website and start designing content to add
to it for my team- Online team.
