A Tablet PC is a wireless, portable, personal computer with a touch screen interface
that may or may not have a cellular phone connection. It is larger than a smartphone but
smaller than a notebook computer but may have the capabilities of both. This distinction,
though, has been further muddled with the introduction of the phablet, a cross between a
phone and a tablet, with sizes smaller than a regular tablet but bigger than a smartphone.
