Analyze the Learners
- Teaching how to write a how to essay to 9th
graders. There are 23 students 12 girls, and
11 boys. English speaking. Reviewing skills to verify students essay skills.
State Objectives
- My students will learn about the conclusion of an essay and write their own. They will
then work on their projects.

Utilize Media and Materials
- Using the computer and smart board I will go over what needs to be put in to the
conclusion of an expository essay by using a poster I made on Glogster. Then I will show
some pins from Pinterest that the students can use for writing their own conclusion.

- Visual learners: Pinterest, Glogster
- Auditory learners: videos from Pinterest
- Hands on learning: Pinterest, research on conclusion
Evaluate and Revise
- I will evaluate my students on the conclusion that they write that they will use for their
project.
