2. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

ladder diagram.

referring old Schematic drawings, and standardization for entire organization. Also supporting on
mechanical tasks such as modelling for NPD or CPD by coordinating client and offshore team.
 Create sample drawing with wiring diagram standards with reference to old drawings.
 Supporting on control box 3D models by creating electrical components to match physical assembly.
 Conduct several audits by comparing each variants and platforms, also consulting engineers and customer
requirements to make comprehensible wiring diagram.

 Scope of Work: To create 3D routing in Master Assembly and determine the correct routing path, length of
bundles and wires, also supporting on Electrical & Electronics Component Release (USA/EUR).
 Handling of Large Assembly Files.
 Create Parametric routing in Pro-Cabling/ProE Creo with reference to Schematic Drawings.
 Flattening the harness using Pro-Manufacturing and creating 2D Harness Drawing.

Schematic drawings, Harness drawings, Hand sketches and Physical Harnesses.

Library and VeSys 2.0.
