Description Work profile: SSCI Check.
Definition Dossier Check (DDC) is activity of checking for consistency
among the elements of drawing set. Drawing set consists of 3D
models, Drawing sheets, Bill Of Material, Engineering Change Notice,
Technical Associated Documents.
Checking drawing set components as per the AIRBUS guidelines for
validation for consistency of 3D model, Drawings, Airbus PDM Link
(ECN) and BOM before goes to production or assembly.
The project deals with mainly Machined parts, Sheet metal, Electrical
Harness and piping design drawing sets and these drawing sets were
checked against particular check list which are generated by TOTEM.

3. Description Work profile: Creation of electrical harness in an aircraft using the
inputs from electrical schematics. Developed new part designs
including Adaptive P clamps, secondary structure brackets.
Input was a Schematic diagram, Legacy 2D drawings and structural
assembly as an environment. Using CATIA V5 Electrical Workbench
Route Electrical Geometric Bundles along different sections of an
aircraft like centre fuselage, Electrical Cabinets, Main Cabin, Lower
Cargo Bay, floor panels.

5. Description  Conversion of manual drawings into digitized format
according to the clients requirements and then used for Solid
Modeling.
 Drawing is received in TIF format from the client.
 The TIF format raster image is loaded to Auto CAD and
vectorised.
 The vectorised drawing is exported to CATIA where geometry
is edited to produce CATIA 2D drawing as per the client’s
requirements.
 Annotations and Dimensioning are done according to the
standards specified by the client.
 Finally the drawing is compared with original raster data and
used for solid modeling.
