The importance of Bees. By CSC San Francesco - Umbertide

1. With the project GLAS (Good Life and Sustainability), our Association wants to create
an information and communication to consumers of all ages and also help to implement
the knowledge and use of best practices through concrete examples and practical
workshops.
In collaboration with the Azienda Apistica Montecorona propose a series of meetings
with adults, families and schools, to raise awareness of the bee world and the impor-
tance of these insects for agriculture, the environment and the products they get from
their farm (pollen, honey, propolis, royal jelly, wax).
Laboratory example of wax:
Light by light
from the sun to the flower,
from the flower to the honey,
from the honey to the wax,
from the wax to the candle,
from the candle to the light
