The Quality Objectives can be analyzed during Management

12. All responsibilities and authorities of Civil Engineering
department should be organized. All staffs such as teachers,
administrators, maintenance staff, and computer operation
staff.
Also CED are responsible for the Quality of Teaching and
Working in the Department.
All of them are also responsible for identifying non-
conforming products.
All teaching staffs have the responsibility to agree with the
documental procedures and the directions of management.

13. Employing a member in Civil Engineering Department who is
irrespective of other duties in order to take the Responsibility
and Authority of establishing, implementing, and maintaining
the quality system and ensuring that it is remaining
resourceful as of ISO 9001.
This member should be responsible for monitoring the
performance of quality system and reporting on it to executive
management.
This member ensures that academic staffs are aware of the
importance of meeting customers’ (such as students)
requirements.
If the member is absence the president(chairman) will
assume these responsibilities.

14. The effective of establishing internal communication in the
management system is to transmit information of products
and processes of Civil Engineering Department.
The establishing of internal communications are addressed
during Management Review Meetings.

15. Civil Engineering department should organize Management
Review Meetings to ensure its ongoing and correctness in
sustaining the requirements of ISO 9001.
It should satisfy our quality objectives and policy.
Records established to provide evidence of conformity to
requirements.
The meeting should be as frequently as necessary, at least
once a year.

6.1. GENERAL
16. The staffs of Civil Engineering department should review the
results of internal audits during Management Review
Meetings.
To ensure the performance and improvement, customer
feedback, procedure performance/trends.
Also follow up actions from previous meetings.
In addition, the Management Review Meetings should pay
attention to evaluate potential problems.

17. The department of Civil Engineering should always include
some action items for monitoring the improvement of the
quality management system.
The improvement should be according to customer
