Introduction:
In a world in which developments are a daily reality, Quality Management has to support a
doing and learning culture with simpler processes and active managing of risks.We need
speed, flexibility and fast responses, we need a culture that places more value on learning fast
from mistakes than on absolutely avoiding them.
Fulfilling ISO requirements and having proof of them, an ISO certificate (e.g. ISO 9001), is
indispensable for many of our businesses. However, ISO only defines a minimum standard/level
of quality. Our Siemens quality is defined by our (company) understanding of excellence. A
strong commitment to our customers, partners and the society shapes our quality awareness.
In very many cases, this ISO standard is significantly surpassed by Siemens. Knowledge of ISO-
based quality is helpful in understanding basic quality and the demands it places on companies.

Introduction:
Fundamentally, there are two things we can do. Quality depends not only on professional
quality managers, but on every Siemens employee. Quality thus derives directly from
ownership culture.The more our employees care for our company, the more focus on
quality will we see. Secondly, we need to give our employees sufficient guidance and tools
how to assure quality in their daily job.The fundamental principles are a very good
starting point. In addition, we have ample tools, guidelines and trainings in place for
virtually every target group at Siemens.
Quality is simply about not repeating the same mistakes.They happen. But I prefer to
learn from them at the earliest possible date. In the same sense, fast prototyping and
early market and error tolerance is not at all in conflict with quality management.Our goal
must be to identify the wrong paths as early as possible.

Applications:
The Mandatory elements of siemens quality Management.They provide clear guidance
for their application in daily practice.Together with the quality strategy, the form our
quality Management System.The mandatory element are divided into four categories:
■ Excellent processes for quality.
■ Quality controlling
■ Quality mindset and outstanding capabilities
■ Leadership for quality

■ 1- customer integration
■ 2- quality standards in processes and project
■ 3- Consistent supplier management.

■ 2- Focused quality reporting
Quality mindset and outstanding capabilities :
■ 1- Comprehensive qualification for quality
■ 2- Continuous improvement.

■ 2- Control and support role of the quality manager.

CONCLUSION:
The process in my organization was slow and take long time,
But now take short time, flexibility and process faster.
We use specific indicators to measure each of these elements, that systematically
assessing the maturity level of our organization units in terms of quality.
Quality is simply about not repeating the same mistakes.They happen. But we prefer to
learn from them at the earliest possible date. In the same sense, fast prototyping and
early market and error tolerance is not at all in conflict with quality management.Our goal
must be to identify the wrong paths as early as possible.
