1. We all have traits which unlike Genetic Pass
   down are acquired from the environment
   around us.
2. We apply these traits in three
   environments – Work; Social; and
   Vocational.
3. Success is a simple matter of applying the
   right trait in the right environment.
4. One has to manage one’s trait employment
   as per the environment and one can only
   manage what one can measure.
5. Well wishers including Parents would have
