This document analyzes investment awareness and risk tolerance among different age groups in Pune, India. A survey was conducted of 100 investors and non-investors using a convenience sampling methodology. The findings show that awareness and savings invested were highest for those aged 25-35 and above 55, while risk tolerance was highest for ages 46-55 and lowest for above 55. Suggestions include increasing mutual fund promotion targeted at specific age groups and income levels.
