Alliance Financial Services Limited (AFSL) formally commenced operation under a new management team on April 15, 2008.The predecessor of the company, known as MFH Financial Services Limited, was formed in early 2002 as a Merchant Bank licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Bangladesh with limited focus on Corporate Advisory services. After changing the management in early 2008, focus of the company has been shifted to the core merchant banking activities to cater the fast growing demand of the capital market. Now it is run by a team of professionals under the leadership of a highly experienced and leading personality in the arena.
