2. FLEX2LEAD
This program aims to develop the skills of education
leaders in the process of digital transformation in
schools that go beyond the understanding of
innovation or technology to matters of culture and
mindset development.
From a teacher-centric, subject matter-focused, and
standardized testing framework, the shift to a student-
centered, active learning-enabled, and project-based
measurements is imperative.
In response to the desired changes in academic
institutions, educational leadership needs to be
flexible, adaptive, and agile.

3. FLEX2LEAD intends to spark a growth mindset among
school administrators in facing the needed changes in
Philippine education.
Change management requires a significant shift in
frameworks and perspectives. The abrupt entry of
digital technology in education in full scale and speed,
as social distancing requires the suspension of
residential learning, has overwhelmed school leaders
in transitioning to flexible modes of education.
This training is designed to help guide our school
administrators to confidently manage change and shift
to new ways of delivering quality education to our
students.

When writing your messages, please use the same
courtesy that you would give when speaking face-to-
face with someone. Inappropriate language is highly
discouraged. It's fine to strongly disagree about
someone's opinions, ideas, or facts, but it should
always be carried out with respect for the other
person.
Please make sure not to use capital letters as this is
interpreted as shouting. Furthermore, participants
need to use proper referencing and citation of
sources.
Thank you very much for your cooperation and we
hope that we all have a productive learning
experience!
