Conducting test on various Engines for combustion development and System Assessment trails
as per BHARAT, TIER, EURO, TREM, CPCB and IMO Norms for Automotive, GEN-set,
CEV and Marin engines
Data generation, compilation, analysis and safe storage
Diagnostics skills in facility processes, Design and implementation of Special test setups
2. Failure analysis of engines
Interacting with other departments and testing agencies to ensure timely completion of validation
plan.
Conducting Emission & Rating, Mechanical Development, Component validation and endurance
test.

Engine Testing and Development
Taking the required performance of respective engines C&B, series engines
making quality certificates with correct parameters taken
Daily production co-ordination to the production plan.
Shift handling, manning & loading.
To facing the internal customer complaints.
Involvement in safety, housekeeping & ergonomic improvement.
Improve straight go by monitoring rejection, rework & planning preventive actions.
Ensure usage of safe work practices and safety equipment.
Responsible for Daily Work Management (DWM) Involvement in activities including
