Occidental (Oxy) isdevelopingOnshore Block3inthe southernpart of AbuDhabi emirate.Initial
productionfromthisblockshall be transportedtoADNODASABfacilitiesforfurtherprocessingand
export.OxyisindiscussionwithADNOCin finalizingthese options.
Scope of work
Scope of workfor thisservice orderistoconduct a fieldsurveyof proposedflow lineroute for
developmentof constructiondrawings,constructabilitymethodandenvironmental impactassessment.
Biddershall follow latestADNOCspecifications,proceduresandmethodologieswhile conductingthe
survey.
Attachment1 isa proposedroute of the Flowline fromBlock3 wellstoASABRDS2.
Basedon fieldconditions,bidderisencouragedtopropose alternate routesif they are more
constructionfriendlyand/orlessenvironmental impact.
Actual manifoldslotfortie-inshallbe confirmedatlaterstage.Forthissurvey,flow line shallterminate
at 15 metersbefore the batterylimitof ASABRDS2 stationfrom flow line approachangle.
Biddershall be responsibletoobtainall requiredpermit(fromADNOCoranyothergovernmental
agencies) forthe surveywhichincludesCICPA areaandenvironmentallyprotectedarea.
Biddershall provide all requiredmanpower,vehicles,toolsand anyotherresourcesforthiswork.

a. P&IDs(shall be issuedfordesign (IFD) revision)
b. Flow line alignmentsheets

2. Data sheetforlongleaditemslike wellheadcontrol panel, SSVs,chemical injectionskidsandall
otherequipmentrequiredtocomplete the well hook-upandFlowlineuptoaRDS station
3. Pipeline route andalignmentdrawingsshall be referencedtoUTM WGS 84 datum.
a. GPS coordinatesshall be extractedtoanMicrosoftExcel file
