21. The behavior of the RunningSum function has changed since BI4.1 compare to
BI4.0 (aggregations were different). Impact analysis was run on this function to
find out that 25% of reports were using this very function. Then, using query
stripping, this rate was reduced to 20%. Qualifying those reports would have
been too demanding (workload, required time). The upgrade was postponed.
