letters. The main function is to convey a friendly,

and brightens the image of the organizations
among the general public. The importance of
writing such letters has been raised only
recently. Letters of thanks, congratulations,
and sympathy are examples of public relations
letters. Since these letters come to the
recipients unexpectedly, they come as a pleasant
surprise and are always welcome.

immediate rewards. But the labor or effort
put in them does not go waste. Since a public
