2. Getting Started
Use the Interlibrary Loan service to
request books and articles that are
not available in the library. The
service is available to all GWU
faculty, staff, and students.
Click the Interlibrary Loan link on
the Library’s homepage under the
Request Services heading to access
the Interlibrary Loan LibGuide with
the log in link.

3. Interlibrary Loan LibGuide
Click the Log in link on the
Interlibrary Loan LibGuide
to submit a request.
The Interlibrary Loan
LibGuide provides general
information about the
service, as well as the
contact info for the ILL
Coordinator.

4. Log in to Interlibrary Loan
Use your WebbConnect
username, without the
@gardner-webb.edu
portion, and password to
log in to Interlibrary Loan.

5. Create Request
On the Account Details page, click the Create Request button to access the item
request form.

6. Interlibrary Loan Form
Choose the type of item (book, article, CD/DVD) that you need, then fill out the
corresponding form for that item.

7. Item Delivery Methods
At the bottom of the form, choose the Hold
for Pick up form option for all items. Articles
are sent to the email provided in your account.
Off-campus students may choose the Mail to
Home Address form option to have books,
CDs, and DVDs sent to the address provided in
your account.
Item delivery time may vary depending on the
lending library.
