Developer/Managing Partner
Provided turnkey development and management services to investment group. Wrote business plan,
formed partnership, purchased commercial property, secured commercial financing, hired and managed
architect, engineers and general contractor throughout development process. Trained, managed and
motivated all management, admin and team leader positions for property management company and wine
