Founded in 1898. Family owned now in our fourth generation.
We serve local, national and international clientele from the corrugated
packaging, point of purchase, retail, manufacturing, food
processing, service and educational markets.
3. Capacity
LPC has allocated additional capacity within our facility to allow for peaks
in the manufacturing process. Because of our diverse product and service
offerings we work with our customers to proactively evaluate various
options to help manage fluctuating demand. We now offer:

Hawk Converting was established to address our customers’ needs in
the converting markets. Hawk Converting is a certified minority owned
company.

The goal of our quality program is to document, control
and improve internal processes to ensure our
customers receive goods and services that exceed
their expectations.

The following information serves as an outline that details our program:
• Quality procedures structured around ISO 9001 principles

of manufacturing

• Bar code scanning and testing at the prepress and pressroom

comparing the final product to the signed-off approval sheet
• Paper is measured and recorded as a raw material for RH
(35%-55% range) and caliper. RH is verified after printing at
the cutting department.

Services: Graphic design, file manipulation, periodical email of job status to
customer, quarterly reviews, on-site representation (by request)
Reviews: Provide a “report card” on LPC. Reporting and discussion to facilitate
agreed upon expectations.
Reporting: order volume, lead time, shipping, error rate, job status, average delivery
time, complaints, lead time, material cost analysis, etc.
